  • What are your three WGTD course delivery options?

We offer three ways to learn:

    • Self-Paced Online Course

    • Hybrid Course (online course + two live Zoom coaching sessions)

    • In-Person Training (in-person at your location)>/p>

Each option teaches the same Writing to Get Things Done content — just in different formats.

  • What is the difference between the Self-Paced Online Course, Hybrid Course and the In-Person Training?

The Self-Paced Online Course teaches all of our principles and models of Writing to Get Things Done. This flexible learning model allows you to learn at your own pace! This option is perfect for individuals or teams that just want to learn the WGTD content quickly.

The Hybrid Course blends flexible online learning with two live Zoom coaching sessions during the same week. This option is great for remote teams and organizations with multiple locations that want to dive deeper into the content and learn real-world application of the principles and models of WGTD.

The In-Person Training is taught live, in person, over 2–3 full days. It’s ideal for teams wanting face-to-face instruction and hands-on practice.

All three options are effective — the Hybrid model simply offers the best of both worlds with more flexibility and is easier on your team’s schedule.

  • How long does the Writing to Get Things Done course take?

Most teams complete the online portion in three to four days, working through two chapters per day.

The Hybrid coaching sessions happen on Wednesday (1-Hour) and Friday (1.5-hours) of that same week.

The Onsite Workshop runs 2–3 full days, depending on your organization's goals.

  • How do the online lessons and Zoom coaching sessions work together in the Hybrid Model?

Your team completes two chapters per day online.

    Then they join:

    • a 1-hour Wednesday session (Chapters 1–4 application)
    • a 90-minute Friday session (Chapters 5–7 application)

This lets them learn the content first, then come to the live sessions ready to practice and ask questions.

  • Is the Hybrid Model effective for remote or multi-location teams?

Yes — it’s actually our best option for teams spread across locations, time zones, or working remotely. It removes travel, reduces costs, and keeps everyone learning together without losing a full day of work.

  • Do participants receive a certificate of completion?

Yes. Every participant who completes the course receives a certificate they can use for professional development records.
